WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship everywhere in the United States and Canada. If you’re somewhere else, please tag us @shopjimeila and we would love to connect.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We offer Expedited (2-3 business days) and Rush (1-2 business days) shipping options, measured in weekdays (excluding holidays and weekends). Only orders placed by 2 PM PST, Monday-Thursday, are guaranteed within the noted timeframe, and delays can happen, especially during the holidays or higher volume periods.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii $10.00. Orders over $165.00, we offer FREE SHIPPING.  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days via Standard shipping, unless you ordered expedited shipping at checkout. Note that there can be delays during the holidays or other high-volume times.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You should receive an email with your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
